WACO
Construction Company, Inc. is vitally interested in the Health, Safety, and Welfare of all our workers, including those of our clients upon whose sites we may be engaged. That interest is demonstrated in our total commitment to Safety, from upper management to the man behind the grinder or welding lead.

WACO
's Safety Awareness and Incentive Program is designed to increase awareness among our workers of potential dangers in the workplace, and to encourage caution and concern, both for their own Safety and that of their fellow workers.

WACO
begins each new year with two days of intensive meetings, held at our corporate offices, and dedicated to Safety related issues. Classes are taught on a wide variety of Safety matters and all workers are given First Aid and CPR training. All workers must successfully pass pre-employment, yearly, random, and "for cause" drug screening examinations.

WACO
's projects and their inherent tasks, are evaluated carefully to ensure they can be safely performed. Each new project begins with a site-specific safety meeting. Each outage or "shutdown" begins with a general meeting designed to increase the awareness of dangers inherent in the work at hand. All workers, whether those of WACO, our Client, or other vendors, are required to attend. Additionally, attendance at a weekly "tool box" safety meeting, held on each jobsite, is required of each worker.

The dedication of our company to maintain the Safety, Health, and Welfare of our workers, and the commitment or our workers themselves, has resulted in our acheiving   6 Full Years Without a Lost Time Accident or Injury.
