WACO's founder, C. Wayne Roberts, active in day to day operations of the company since its inception, now serves as Chief Executive Officer. In addition to other duties, Mr. Roberts oversees WACO's Accident Prevention Program and Business Development activities.
In 1993, Suzanne L. Thomas joined our firm. Mrs. Thomas, With a Master's Degree in Public Accountancy, serves as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. In addition to her other duties, Mrs. Thomas also serves in the position of Office Manager and has Responsibility over office staff, insurance, accounting, and licensure.
In 1994, Karl H. Grubb, P.E., P.L.S., joined WACO, assuming its presidency in 1997. Mr. Grubb's responsibilities include Engineering, Drafting and Design departments, and oversight of all field operations.
In 1998 Joel S. Bridges, P.E., P.L.S., joined WACO and serves as Vice-President and Project Engineer. Managing projects directly from the site, Mr. Bridges oversees survey and layout personnel.
